CSP SHOLA JEJELOYE- Chairman, Lagos State Environmental Sanitation and Special Offences Unit (Task Force)

CSP Shola Jejeloye is a seasoned professional, an astute administrator per excellence, a police man by practice and an enforcer of laws by disposition. He was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force upon his graduation from The Police Academy in 2004. He became Squadron Commander Mopol 49 Epe in 2019. He was later transferred to Department of Operations,  Force Headquarters Abuja as Operation Officer. He was OC in charge Special Intelligence Bureau Ilaro-Oja odil border town Ogun State from 2005-2007.

Jejeloye was also on secondment to both African union mission and United Nations African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) 2007-2009. On his return to Nigeria he was deployed to Anti Riot Police Mobile Unit where he became a Unit Commander , Admin Officer, OC provost and 2i/c of the Squadron in Mopol 20, Oduduwa ikeja 2010-2019. He equally worked as a unit commander in Diplomatic protection Squadron, mopol 43, lion building marina,  Lagos 

He has performed in several operations in Nigeria, one of such is Anti Kidnapping Operations in Aba, Abis state,  Communal Clash where he led a unit to Egbin and Ijede in Lagos among others. He was also the O/C Human rights in Ogun State.

He has attended several trainings both in Nigeria and abroad some of which are combatant and operational training, Gwoza, Borno State, Citizenship and Leadership Training course, Shere Hills, Jos, Armoured Personnel Carrier Maneuvring course, Nonwa-Tai, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State etc

He was appointed Commander Governor’s Monitoring Team (GMT) IN 2019 then was elevated to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police in the year 2020 after which he assumed the position of Chairman, Lagos State Environmental and Special Offenses Unit (TASKFORCE).

CSP Jejeloye is a member of International Chiefs of Police, USA

He is happily married with children.
